Winnie’s Bomber Jacket (SMV 1 / Lot 1/ Size M

The classic bomber jacket reimagined In a slimmer silhouette that falls right above the waist, with higher cut arm holes but a construction practice that still allows for easy movement from the wearer. 

I wore Leather Jackets around NYC for 4 months straight and took notes to create the perfect one. A lot of those NYC Nights would end at a karaoke bar called Winnie’s (the place has lore)

This Particular Winnie’s Jacket is constructed from Coated Calf Skin. There is a thin coating of navy paint treated over the leather that is supposed to purposefully crack and distress quicker than regular leather, revealing a beautiful natural suede color underneath. 

Lined with a  1940s Kentucky made quilt top.

This Jacket features vintage pins, buttons, and ribbons sourced by me from various flea markets and antique shops all across the country. 

The waist band is adorned with Flattened Tourist Pennys riveted from around the United States.

Hours of hand studding throughout. 

new signature “sock Pockets” which are welt pockets boarded by Knit materials and lined with waffle thermal. These ones were hand mended for hours by me to give them a unique, thick, hand knit feel.
